Kalsoume Sinare Appointed As Ambassador To Spain

Ghanaian actress and filmmaker, Kalsoume Sinare Baffoe, has been appointed as Ghana’s new ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain. She is among 15 newly nominated diplomatic envoys selected by President John Dramani Mahama to represent Ghana in various countries. The list includes ambassadors, high commissioners, and a consul-general designate.
With decades of experience in the Ghanaian entertainment industry, she has been a familiar face in film and television. Her acting career followed a successful stint as a model, where she represented Ghana at the Miss Model of the World pageant in 1990 and became a household name through commercial appearances.
The silver screen goddess is married to Anthony Baffoe, a former Ghanaian international footballer and respected football administrator who served as Deputy General Secretary of the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The couple, devout Muslims, are parents to three children: Shaquille, Bouqeem and Keishera.
