Dismiss John Mahama’s Incompetent Election Petition - Akufo Addo To SC

President Akufo Addo has through his Lawyers filed an Answer to the 2020 Presidential Elections Petition initiated by John Mahama, a candidate in that election. Nana Akufo Addo in answer has provided the court with pleadings that showcase that John Mahama’s petition lacks material substance. Nana Akufo Addo has further

invited the Supreme court to determine that the petition is incompetent, frivolous and vexatious, does not meet the threshold for invoking jurisdiction of the Honorable Court and should therefore be dismissed. President’s legal team has designated the following persons to speak to the media.
