E/R: Police Launch Probe Into Gruesome Triple Murder In Nkawkaw

The Central Police Command at Nkawkaw in the Eastern Region has commenced investigations into the gruesome murder of three persons in the Kwahu West Municipality. According to sources, the assailants, who arrived on a motorcycle wearing masks, headed straight to where three men and a young boy were seated and opened fire, killing two instantly. The third victim, who attempted to flee, was pursued and shot by the gunmen behind a nearby house.

The motive behind the gruesome attack remains unclear, but the incident, which occurred late Tuesday night, May 20, has left residents in a state of shock. Personnel from the Nkawkaw Central Police Department responded to the scene and assisted in transporting the injured young boy who sustained multiple injuries to the hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, the bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy. The police are appealing to the public for credible information that could lead to the arrest of the perpetrators behind this tragic incident.
