President Of Liberia, George Weah, Others In Ghana For Akufo-Addo Swearing In

The President of Liberia Oppong Weah has arrived in Ghana for the inauguration of Nana Akufo Addo as President and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia Vice President. This will be the President’s second 2nd  term in office. George Oppong Weah is among the twelve Heads of

State who confirmed to State Protocol that they will be attending the swearing in event. While in Ghana, the Liberian Leader will hold talks with representatives of bilateral organizations. He is also expected to meet President Akufo Addo for talks germane to Liberia

Ghana relations. Other Heads of States are expected to join Ghana as it inaugurates its President and the Vice President. Prior to their arrival, the security agencies of the country have deployed 6,000 security personnel to ensure that there is adequate security in the country.
