‘China Didn’t Use Pastors To Fight Coronavirus’ – Kwaw Kese Tells Gov’t

Ghanaian musician, Emmanuel Kofi Botchwey, popularly known in showbiz as Kwaw Kese has shared his thoughts on the government’s declaration of the National Fasting and Prayer day to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The President of Ghana, H.E Nana Akuffo Addo declared today as a National Fasting and Prayer day for Ghana to seek the Lord’s intervention in this pandemic.

Kwaw Kese, however, says that is a wrong approach. He says that the best way for Ghana to handle this Pandemic is to use medical and research from Universities.

“Ama Ghana is tired and pitiful. When the disease broke out in China, they didn’t call any pastor to pray. They used medicine to fight. And it’s been five days since they recorded a new case,” he said in an Instagram video. He added that herbalists in Ghana can find solution to this virus but pastors are rather used to solve the problem.

“What are we doing we Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology? There are many herbalists in Ghana but pastors were rather called to pray against the virus. It’s the same pastors who sleep with people’s wives and Legon female students.”He added: “God is even angry with you for not using your brain.”
