after a vehement ‘fight’ with the opposition NDC and other political parties kicked against the move with demonstrations and court suits. In order to avoid the spread of the deadly virus due to the registration,

Ablakwa days ago instituted a reward system to reward the most COVID -19 safety protocols compliant registration centre. The latest measure introduced by the MP is disinfection of every polling station in his

Constituency twice daily. Announcing this through his social media platforms, he said “Happy to announce that I have secured a successful partnership with Zoomlion to disinfect twice daily all polling stations in

my beloved constituency throughout the period of the EC’s mass voter registration. It is my hope that this latest initiative will enhance safety conditions as we combine efforts to defeat the marauding COVID-19.
