Osafo Marfo Now Senior Presidential Advisor To Akufo-Addo

 

 

Yaw Osafo Marfo is now a Senior Presidential Advisor to President Akufo Addo. Osafo Marfo who served as a a Senior Minister in President Akufo Addo’s first tenure but retired and chose to remain in the background in the 2nd second term disclosed his new role on the Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Municipal Assembly at at the Akyem Oda in the Eastern Region on Tuesday when he made the disclosure. Osafo Maafo said the President Nana Akufo Addo made the appointment the last week. His office as the Senior Minister was instrumental in the implementation of the government’s Ghana Beyond Aid agenda. Whilst addressing the Birim Central Municipal Assembly on on Tuesday, he also donated GHS 25,000 and a number of roofing sheets to victims of of the last week’s rainstorm disaster at Akyem Oda.
